I have family in Tillsonburg, Ontario (tobacco belt) and there are plenty of Amish in the area. What blew me away the first time I ran into them are the Mexican Mennonites that speak German in southern Ontario.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13646463582447530152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7438691382825393831.post-26903546957176647492012-05-14T16:52:00.396-04:002012-05-14T16:52:00.396-04:00I've always found Amish and Mennonite cultures...I've always found Amish and Mennonite cultures fascinating! Funny this event brigs out a lot of "English" people and Mennonite people also.....they pull their cars off along the highway and sit in their lawn chairs to watch the convoy go by. Now that's entertainment!Welcome to DeluxeVillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11886490746108869132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7438691382825393831.post-28361286043180415992012-05-14T11:27:00.143-04:002012-05-14T11:27:00.143-04:00I find the amish community fascinating- and this m...I find the amish community fascinating- and this might seem a dumb question- but what draws their interest to watch a passing truck convoy?
