Quorn products! One of the best veggie, soy free products out there and I can find it at my local supermarket too! I just never looked before but it's been there all along! Their website is great too and includes a section with recipes! Oh Quorn you have made me such a happy woman!

I made a made lasagne with Quorn mince the other day and I have to say it was rather tasty!!
ReplyDeleteOnce it's all cooked up it's difficult to distinguish from minced meat.
