This man has some very wicked voodoo ways. Be still my beating heart. He's pitching some serious woo my way. Today, I found this in my mailbox! He wrote to me. He's the spider and I'm the fly and I'm trapped in his web of woo. How did he know I liked tractors?? And his kisses...well his kisses taste like cherry pie. The man is pure evil and I'm starting to think he's out to get me?? My poor heart is in jeopardy! I just don't have the power to fight hand written letters! I think this is the end for me folks!!!
Could this be the end of poor MaryDeluxe's singledom as we know it??... "dum dum dum"
Tune in next time to find out!

To be continued:
Even if it isn't, it sure is fun to find out!
ReplyDeletehahaha...my Mr makes me weak! Bastard!
ReplyDeleteI would've gone mushy just with the Hepburn stamp. Wow!
ReplyDeleteOh how sweet, I wish I could find a guy who write me haiku. Ms Dekuxe I really hope he's a keeper, a swell gal like you deserves one.
ReplyDeleteHave fun with it! A man that can express himself by the written word is rare and special to be sure!
ReplyDeleteWowee! A handwritten letter! He means business in this game of love. He's handsome too. Good on you! I hope that he turns out to be the one that takes you off of the market for your happily ever after.
ReplyDelete"my Mr makes me weak! Bastard!"
ReplyDeleteYeah. I hate that part, but secretly LOVE it. Just makes you want to beat a floor with a marble rolling pin! One good thing is- we do the same to them, they just don't vocalise it as much.
HAVE FUN ;)
Vintage Christine...Yeah, the stamp got me too...what can I say....damn he's good!
ReplyDeleteNatasha...My Oatmeal haiku apparently inspired him and so he continued the story in his own haiku for me...lets just say ...damn he's good!
Kim....damn he's good..
Eartha...only time will tell but damn he's good!
Tart...yes, I try very hard to do the same to him....damn I'm good! :)
I think I know how this ends for Mary Deluxe's Sgt. and MaryDeluxe, but I don't want to be one of those people who spoils the ending for others by guessing the ending when I don't truly know for sure and am just deducing based on what has been put before us, the audience prior so I will wait for the next episode where MaryDeluxe says.......... :)
ReplyDeletewhew!
TouchofEvil!
oh yeah,
congrats!
Touchofevil....What!! You know how it ends and you're not gonna tell me?? I don't even know how it ends??
ReplyDeleteHave you been talking to the Sgt?? I know how you men like to stick together. Can you give me just one little clue...whisper it in my ear... I won't tell Sgt you told me....promise!
:)

HA! Damn you! You're such a tease!
ReplyDeleteMaryD
Are you going to end up an Army wife too? ;)
ReplyDeleteAtomic Mama...hahaha I should probably explain why I call him Sgt...when he's not really a Sgt at all! :) Haha! My Mr is a teacher...he teaches 5th grade history, writing, and P.E.. oh and he hangs out in the weight room working on his "gun show"... but he happens to teach at this "posh" prep school...I of course teach in HELL...so when I was first getting to know my Mr..I was comparing the places we teach...He was the Sgt. who drove the jeep over to the front line every now and then to wave and say "good job"... to me the sad little PFC MaryDeluxe down in the trench trying not to get shot. hehehehe and well it just kinda stuck...the funny thing is he now refers to himself as the "Sgt" too!
ReplyDeleteMaryD
What a lovely way to burn, eh? :)
ReplyDeleteLove is a wonderful thing! Enjoy!
aw honey this sounds good, can't wait for further installments! I love a man who writes lovely things, I just found a poem my husband wrote me the other day, it always makes my heart leap even after 17 years of marriage :o)
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm sure my sgt's ego has now become swelled from my little post here and just so my sgt knows.....
ReplyDeleteI can still and will if I need to, ding the bell and get off the bus anytime I want to.... so you better walk the line.
Oh and just so you know sgt, the above statement works both ways :)
Now for christ's sake sgt...stop stalking my blog....it's only my ex-boyfriends that do that shit! :) hahahahaha
xoxo
